The Orchard Project

This Agreement is entered into between The Orchard Project and the undersigned individual (“Recipient”) regarding access to video recordings of workshops conducted under The Orchard Project’s auspices.

1. Purpose of Agreement

The Orchard Project may record video footage of workshops for archival, internal reference, or developmental purposes. These recordings are confidential and may contain sensitive intellectual property, performances, and discussions related to the creative work being developed. This video is purely for archival purposes only. Please note that downloading, sharing, copying, and distributing this video is strictly forbidden. 

2. Confidentiality Obligations

By signing this Agreement, the Recipient acknowledges and agrees to the following:

• Non-Disclosure: The Recipient shall not share, distribute, copy, or publicly display any portion of the recordings in any form without prior written consent from The Orchard Project.
• Limited Use: The Recipient may only access the recordings for purposes explicitly permitted by The Orchard Project (e.g., internal review, creative development, or archival purposes).
• No Unauthorized Recording or Reproduction: The Recipient shall not download, record, duplicate, or create derivative works from the workshop footage.
• Secure Handling: The Recipient agrees to take reasonable measures to ensure that access to the recordings is restricted to authorized individuals only.

3. Duration of Confidentiality

The obligations under this Agreement shall remain in effect indefinitely, unless The Orchard Project provides written notice of a change in policy.

4. Breach and Remedies

Any unauthorized use, distribution, or disclosure of the recordings may result in disciplinary action, termination of access privileges, legal action, or other remedies deemed necessary by The Orchard Project.

5. Acknowledgment
By placing their name below, the Recipient acknowledges their understanding of and agreement to abide by the terms of this Confidentiality Agreement.
