Screen Above Stage — Event-Night Slideshow
A looping slideshow of sponsor artwork plays on the screen above the stage during cocktail hour and dinner. The Presenting Sponsor tier also includes a video spot.

- Aspect ratio: 16:9 widescreen
- Recommended size: 1920 × 1080px (Full HD) minimum, 3840 × 2160px (4K) preferred
- File format: JPG or PNG, flattened
- Color mode: RGB
- Safe area: Keep logos and text within the center 90% of the frame
- Max file size: 10MB
Video Spot — Presenting Sponsor Tier
- Length: 15–30 seconds
- Format: MP4, H.264 codec
- Resolution: 1920 × 1080 (1080p), 16:9
- Frame rate: 24–30 fps
- Max file size: 200MB
Eblast — Wide Banner Ad
A horizontal banner ad embedded in the dedicated sponsor eblast sent to OP’s 20,000+ industry contacts.
- Recommended size: 600 × 200px (600×150–600×250 depending on artwork)
- Retina option: Supply at 1200 × 400px, scaled down in the template
- File format: JPG or PNG (PNG for fine text or transparency)
- Color mode: RGB
- Max file size: 1MB
- Text safety: Avoid text smaller than ~14px equivalent
- Click-through link: Provide the URL your banner should link to
