These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of orchardproject.com and to the text messaging program operated by The Orchard Project (the Association for Development of Dramatic Arts, Inc., “OP,” “we,” or “us”). By using our website or enrolling in our text messaging program, you agree to these terms.
Website Use
The content on orchardproject.com is provided for general information about OP and its programs. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may update the site and these terms at any time.
SMS Terms
Program description. The Orchard Project sends text messages to donors and supporters with updates about our annual gala, event reminders, and other donor communications.
How you opt in. You will receive text messages only if you have agreed to receive them, by [OPT-IN METHOD, e.g., checking the text message consent box on our donation or registration form / texting a keyword to [SENDING NUMBER]]. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of making a donation or of any purchase.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies. You can expect approximately [NUMBER] messages per month, and more in the weeks around our gala.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data rates may apply to messages you send and receive.
How to opt out. You can cancel the text messaging service at any time. Reply STOP to any message, and we will send a confirmation and stop messaging you. If you want to rejoin, sign up again through [OPT-IN METHOD] or reply START.

Supported carriers. Participating carriers include most major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy of your mobile information. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or text message opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. The content on this site, including text, logos, and images, belongs to OP or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
