This year's program runs as a looping slideshow displayed throughout the event, and every sponsorship level is also featured in a dedicated eblast to The Orchard Project's 20,000+ industry contacts — seen well beyond the room itself.
You can pay for your sponsorship below and email your artwork (or video) and logo to colin@orchardproject.com afterwards. We will be in touch to review your placement.

Solo image/logo + shoutout, top placement in eblast, logo also included on our printed menu/program for the event, animation eligible
- Featured Sponsor — $2,500
Solo slide with your message and/or logo, static image, eblast inclusion
- Co-Sponsor — $1,500
Image/logo on a slide shared with one other sponsor, eblast inclusion
- Community Sponsor — $750
Image/logo grouped with three others on a slide, eblast inclusion
- Supporter Listing — $350
Your name listed on a slide grouped with other Supporter Listings, digital signage at event only
Artwork Specifications: Static images: JPEG, PNG, or PDF, 1920x1080 (widescreen) recommended. Video/animated spots (Presenting Sponsor only): MP4, 15–30 seconds, under 50MB.
