The Orchard Project (the Association for Development of Dramatic Arts, Inc., doing business as The Orchard Project, or “OP”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through orchardproject.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Donor Privacy
We do not sell, rent, or trade our donor lists or any donor’s personal information. We honor requests for anonymous gifts: if you ask us to keep your gift anonymous, we will not publicly list or recognize your name.
Who We Share Information With
We share information only with service providers who help us operate, and only as needed to do so. These include [PAYMENT PROCESSOR] for processing donations, [EMAIL PLATFORM] for sending email, and Google for website analytics. These providers may only use your information to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of OP, our community, or others.
